Recklessly swapped in a deal for some SKOL Lager and some Atari video games in the mid '80's, this microphone was my pride and joy.
I never realised then, that Pacman, Donkey Kong, and a hangover, would deprive me of probably one of the best microphones I have ever owned.
With the ceramic element, and the correct settings, this would give audio quality similar to the Astatic Silver Eagle base Microphone, with to quote Astatic themselves; "Ear shattering performance"
I am led to believe this microphone was a bit of a minefield to the unwary when trying to wire it to a Cobra 148GTL-DX, but equally as rewarding when they did eventually manage to!
