The PT-345 Homebase came with a one year guarantee, and was the flagship radio offered from Audioline [Harry Moss International] in the early 1980's.
.
Similar to the Uniden Uniace 300 Homebase, the PT-345 allowed the CB radio enthusiast a real feeling of "Base Station" status.
.
This unit was powered from either the household 240 Volt system, or a 12 Volt DC supply courtesy of a DC lead, and a power switch on the rear of the unit.
.
I have only recently been fortunate enough to own one of these doorstops!
Reports were encouraging, both on receive and transmit.
.
Costing £160.00 in 1985, with a 160 channel version available for £217.00, this homebase was without a doubt one of the finest around in the early '80's.

Bear in mind, of course, that offering this with anything more than the 40 27/81 channels would be & still is illegal
I have two of these radio's and they are both in mint condition, one is fitted with mid block, high and low blocks, and splits. It also has a echo and bleep board hard wired in. the second has mid band and echo and bleep fitted, they are both in mint condition and are great rigs.
Looks like a President Zachary T from the USA!!!!
