Not a great deal of information is available about the BBC Club, except I am informed that it all began in a lay by between Brinkworth and Malmesbury, where people would meet regularly who lived locally in the area. Then, as members grew, they would meet in the Queens Head Public House in Hullavington.

One of the members was Grizzly-Chris who operated the callsign BBC 170, and his photocopied picture can be viewed here just before having his beard shaved off for charity!
Another of the members was Green Bean-Dave from Malmesbury.
