I still have this handy item in my possession, after all these years.
It came in handy when my old Sigma II antenna had a screw come out which held the sections in place.....down slid the third from bottom section...and up went the VSWR.
Out with the CB-30 and down with the VSWR....I foolishly thought in those days that the antenna would still work OK 'cos the VSWR was 1:1.....How little I knew back then!!
Also came in handy when operating mobile with the Satellite Rebel/Cobra 148GTL-DX combination thus allowing me to operate on the "LOW" band without adjusting the antenna!
Not too sure about the power handling capabilities of the CB-30A though....I think 100 Watts was a bit optimistic!!
