Cobra 21X FM

.
The Cobra 21X FM 40 channel UK FM radio was a small compact little transceiver that would fit neatly in your car, or at home on the sideboard.
.
Similar in layout to a Commtron/Maxcom rig, this radio had the usual volume, and squelch controls, and a high/low power switch located on the front of the radio.

21 x was the the first cb i had in 1980? best cheap value at 40 quid second hand. i went on to a ham int base station with a skylab and a D>P>A 11VR with a zitagi 150 watt burner on a full length scaffold, neighbour nightmare. in my friends circle i was the lowest grade c.b but who cares, i had fun. my handle TELECOM in a place called Balall common in between birmingham and coventry.
