He is pictured on the left in the picture above, the other guy is Scrappy-Don.
I remember him, and am pretty sure he used to live in the flats in Penhill, and could be heard all over the place with his antenna on his balcony!!
If my memory serves me right he used to have a Superstar 360FM, with the distinctive Roger Beep, and would always chat to people day and night.
The last time I spoke with Tony, must have been some 10 or 12 years ago when I worked in Pewsey, and was sitting on top of Oare Hill. I had just called out on the 19, when he came blasting back to me! It always made me laugh when you could hear him on a signal 9+30dB wherever you went!!
