This microphone was designed to work remotely from the CB radio itself.

The radio was connected to the little black box which sat near the rig, and the yellow clear Microphone was carried around with you and would communicate with the little black box.
.
This would give you freedom to move around, but would enable you to still communicate with the CB Radio.

i've got one of these in a junk box, never got it to work yet..!!!
i though tit was a joke mic, i'll have to dig it out and repair it..!!!
