Harvard 402 MPA

Picture courtesy of Orange Man-John from Wootton Bassett

The 40 Channel UK CB FM Harvard 402 MPA, was based again on the popular Cybernet chassis, and had the basic volume, and squelch controls, as well as a two position switch to change from PA to CB.
.
A real simple to use, starter rig, the Harvard 402 MPA was the entry level radio for Cybernet, just as the Audioline 340 was to the Audioline range of radios.

Cybernet?..
these radios had the Amstrad 900/mustang board, a derivitive of the old AM colt series i think, but not the typical PTMB134AOX Cybernet board

They are indeed from the Cybernet stable & use the economy chassis PTBM002F, like the Amstrad CB900 & CB901, Fidelity CB2001, all the Mustangs & the Harvard H404 & H407 base stations.
