Iron Man-Dave and Cueball-Mo QSO/QSL Card

The QSL card above confirms a QSO between Iron Man-Dave [in later years from Swindon] who was living at the time in Carlisle, Cumbria, and Cueball-Mo from Swindon, who was on holiday in France, on the West coast.

The information, such as date time etc can be seen in the picture below.

Cueball-Mo was one of the legendary Charlie 03 monitors, who would give traffic reports to drivers, directions for people trying to navigate their way through Swindon, or rig checks etc...

Iron Man-Dave, who sadly passed away recently, was from Carlisle in Cumbria, and spent the last few years of his life here in Swindon.
