Picture courtesy of Orange Man-John from Wootton BassettSparky-Eric, was a local hilltop menace! He and Orange Man would sit for hours upon any high spot they could find, and before long would have people queuing up on the channels to talk to them!
The QSL card pictured above, was one of many. Eric was a member of many local clubs including the Hackpen White Horse Club, the Tango Golf Club, and I believe the Wiltshire Wildcats.

The usual attendees at the local eyeballs, clubs and rallies, I always remember Eric and John zooming around in a blue Ford Sierra!
Eric was also involved with fund raising, and was a part of the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Appeal team.
